You can return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.
Please note: Personalized drinkware cannot be returned unless there is a defect or an error on our part.
To start a return, please contact us at thetorturedteacherclub@gmail,com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.
Unless the item is damaged, defective or incorret then the byuer will cover the return postge.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
We are not responsible for damage that occurs due to a failure to follow the provided care instructions. For example, placing a "hand wash only" item in the dishwasher may cause damage that is not covered by our policy.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. Your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
