Thank you for shopping with The Tortured Teacher Club! All of our products are made to order, and we are so excited to create something special for you. Here is everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.
Processing Time
Since all of our drinkware is made to order, please allow up to 3 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays) for us to create your item before it is shipped. You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched.
UK Shipping
We partner with Royal Mail and Evri to get your order to you quickly and safely. You will be able to choose your preferred shipping service and see the cost at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time: 2-4 business days after your order has been dispatched.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times from our carriers and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's journey with the selected carrier (Royal Mail or Evri).
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they have been marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim.
